Our Unique Approach Towards Healing

  1. A middle-aged man:  struggling with multiple losses and addiction heals through a weekly game of pool.
  2. An adolescent: with anger and abandonment issues relaxes through one-on-one basketball.
  3. A thirty-year-old woman: reduces the frequency and intensity of her anxiety through painting, sketching and adult coloring books.

Our Fundamentals Principles

  1. Everyone deserves an opportunity to heal. Therapeutic relationships should not exist for just those who can afford it or who would be prone to seek them.
  2. Community is often an undervalued commodity. We have plenty of opportunities to divide ourselves from each other today, but precious few ways to develop significant healing relationships.
  3. Healing can flourish in both side-by-side and face-to-face interactions. One size-fits-all approaches generally don't fix complex problems but activities-based counseling that focuses on the specific interests of the client has numerous benefits.
